Accessing The Surgery
The surgery can be accessed through the main door with a wide ramp running up to the double automatic doors to allow access for wheelchair users.
The surgery does not have its own patient car park but there are designated parking spaces available in the car park opposite for blue badge holders – please be aware that this is a council owned car park and the surgery accepts no liability for use of these bays.
Consulting Rooms
There is suitable access for any patient to be seen in our consultation rooms and there is a lift available to enable access to our upstairs rooms. If you are unable to use the lift for any reason, please let our reception team know at the time of booking and we will arrange for you to be seen on the ground floor.
Wheelchair Availability
We have a wheelchair available for patients to borrow, whilst in the surgery. Please let our receptionist know if you need to use this upon arrival for your appointment but please note, this must be returned at the end of your visit.
We are unable to loan this wheelchair to our patients for any other use and we kindly request that you please return it to reception after your appointment.
Hearing Difficulties
If you are unable to take phone calls, please let our reception team know so we can provide suitable alternative contact methods.
BSL Interpreters
If you require a BSL interpreter for a medical consultation please let our receptionists know at the time of booking the appointment – this service is subject to availability so advanced booking is advised.
